Does your selfcare work for you??

Can anyone please try to login there selfcare portal and confirm if it is working or not.I have tried to login but got invalid username/password/client certificate.Now my account is locked because of multiple attempts to login with invalid password. I am 100% sure that my password is correct.

I also have the same experience of self care portal for Airtel Digital TV not working . Is there at least anyone , for whom the self care is operational ? I am curious to know .Venkataramani
