Best bb connection in Bangalore (Ejipura/Koramangala)

Hi,I am using a Airtel connection and I am totally frustrated with the same. Want to switch. My question is which is the best connection in this area? I need decent download limit (~10 GB) and good speed (4/5 MBPS). My friend has taken Hathway in Koramangala Block 1 and he is quite happy with it. Is it good? Or any other better connection is available?
 
Reviews for Act are mixed, though more are positive. Hathway no major complaints or cribbing customers. BSNL customer care is pathetic. Uptime is excellent but unfortunately if there is any downtime it is hard to deal with them.
