How Can I Check If My Plan Has Changed .

hi guys,Around 20 days back I changed my plan from home 500 to ul 900 she said it will be done on oct 1st how do I check if it has been done .I tried checking in dataone.in but was not able to see.Regard Joseph

^ check your plan change on Dataone portal .login to portal and click on user info . on right side it shows the current service .

In the portal I dont get the plan only the speed.

If it is so, then the only option is to ask the exchange whether your plan has been updated. its better if you get a written confirmation.

check your current month Service records. what do you see on the leftmost column now ?Mine changed in the middle of the month. If it has changed, u'll see the according plan name in that column.

all change of plans are activated at the starting of the month.... so check it on 1st oct (today)
