Cisco Z360DVB ACT digital tv box can be used for youtele digital service

I have Cisco Z360DVB Digital tv settop boxIts configured with ACT digital tv serviceNow I want to use it for youtele cable tv serviceIs it possible to use the tat settop box for youteleany reset required,It has a sim card slot but no sim card is present in itKindly help in this regardThanks in advance

Thanks for ur replySince its configured with ACT service, When I power on it displays act logo on screenDid youtele have provided u sim card with your settop box

No sim card and when i power on, it will show you logo 🙂
