How frequently can i change broadband plans?

So there are 2 days left for my billing cycle to get over. And i want to upgrade my plan to a faster one for 1 month. (And then back to the slower plan in the next to next month). Can that be done?Also, since my billing cycle starts in 2days, can I tell them now to upgrade my plan? How many days do they need for the upgrade?
