Does WhatsApp works with TruNET49 pack?

As far as I know WhatsApp works on any internet plan. All that you need to have is internet connectivity.
 
Yes it will work with any internet plan. I am on postpaid with their 99rs 1gb plan. The settings for same isAPN; wwwU/s: ur mobile numberP/s: loop
