All users of BSNL broadband in Gurgaon, especially users of the ULD 900 plan or users located in old Gurgaon (Sector 4, 7, 7ext., 9,10, 10A) are requested to revert back with the following information:1. Time taken by BSNL (in number of days) to install the collection at your residence after the filling up of the form.2. Whether the speed being provided is the same as the promised speed.3. Are there any issues such as frequent disconnection; intermittent loss of speed and so on.Please provide the above mentioned information at the earliest.
