Hi, I am a customer of ACT broadband and have been using the service and I have received the bill for last month via sms 4th May 2012 and called the customer care. The customer care executive informed me that I do not need to be worried as I do not have to pay by going in person and as I have no credit card I am not able to pay online, then he assured that he will be sending one executive to collect the cash and I have received an sms that my request number 0000306253 has been admitted. But, till date no executive has turned up to my place to collect the bill.Again, I received the sms on 11th May 2012 that I need to pay the bill immediately to avoid disconnection of service. Then onwards, I have been trying to call the customer care but for the reason best known to them my calls has not been attended till now. I am facing hard time and worried with the service.
