There are all you need to do before start useing:

Use SlingPlayer for Web app and go to step 4.
Or download PC/Mac software which will guarantee the best possible video quality:
SlingPlayer 2.0.4 for Windows (http://download.slingmedia.com/player/pc/SlingPlayer_2.0.4522_Setup-Global.exe)

Install software on your computer
If you see "Weak or no video signal" message, open virtual remote with this icon: Posted Image and press Posted Image to turn on the receiver.
To get best quality, click on QVGA in left bottom corner and choose 640x480 resolution for Internet viewing. In WebSlingPlayer click on Auto in right bottom corner and change the resolution to Best.

I guess it will need unlimited fast broadband internet. Its costly. In India we can get cheaper TV.

And I have used Sling box. I know its of no use, so everybody please dont go for it, if this guy is asking to pay for it.
