ACT broadband Poor response / Service in AECS layout

All,understand from behavior of ACT representative in AECS layout, not even their service also their behavior towards customers is horrible, ACT guys don't stick on their commitment, Paid for six months advance to ACT representative and asked for fast track connection, he promised within two days he will give connection, but surprisingly he stopped picking up my phone calls and start avoiding me, as it seems am begging to him. they need to improve their service and behavior first to service customers.First interaction is not good, lets hope they will improve and provide good service in future

I don't think this is just a problem with AECS layout alone.This seems to be the attitude of ACT BB throughout.
My connection has not been working from the morning.(I have an other issue of having very poor speeds in the night,wherein am supposed to have a 10MBPS plan).Though the connection is down from the morning,you can hardly reach the helpline.I called up the guy who sold me the connection and you should see thw ay he acted.Was asking me to just call helpline which nobody picked inspite of repeated effrots.Probably they like to work(do they really do?) 9 AM to 5 PM 5days a week and give the customers a shit to their problems.The sales guy was rather arrogant.Displayed an attitude exactly what is described here.He was expecting me to beg.They do not understand that it is their duty to upkeep the connection.They think we need to plead to them for services as they are doing a great favour to us.
Am seriously thinking if at all i should continue the services of ACT BB.
AT the time of accepting order they promised 4 hours response time.But reality is they don't acre if you have a problem.
They have been prompt in only 1 thing.Collecting money.Nothing else.

You r right, he called me day night for connection, I called him at home and in front of him I called my present Airtel customer care to disconnect the connection. But I forget to check their service review here. Seems No one is happy with them in Bangalore.

Now I have called again Airtel to continue my service.

You r right again, their customer care is also horrible. you have to wait at least 5 minutes to get them on call. After that they will just please you by speaking good English, don't have any information.
