Gadgets And More Magazine

Last year, i sent a dd for subscribing to Gadgets and more magazine. I received just 1 issue, that of jan 2006. i emailed them and phoned them, but got no reply from them. I just want to know whether that magazine is still published. If it is still published and I am not getting, what can i do?

You check with consumer helpline if so far publication has failed to respond to your requests. Toll free no. of consumer helpline starts with 1800, I don't remember complete no., just check on web search. If you have DD details and track of all reminders with you they would ensure that either your service requests are addressed or you get back refunds if they have stopped publishing.-- RKS
