I normally buy latest novels for 40-50rs on roadsides and after reading them ,donate them to a library near my home . .why dont you do the same?

coz i live in a shitty city named gurgaon which has only one public library that i know of and last time i checked it was an annoying place to visit. it is better to give away your books to friends who like to collect books (i don't) than to deal with babus in a government library who do not like dealing with public. 🙂
