Due to thunderstorm my modem was defected so I purchased a new one Netgear DGN1000, but my link is going out frequently.I complained this to our BSNL office they after trail and error method changed my slot but the problem remains same.Following r my modem statistics-Connection Speed : 2048Kbps (US) : 256KbpsLine attenuation(DS):26.4dB (US) : 8.5dB Noise Margin/SNR(DS): 14.2dB (US) : 29.0dBMy DSL Mode is ADSL(G.MDT)Can any body help me to solve the prob, by the way I have changed my modem once thinking that it may be defective but every thing remains same.
