help cannot play the youtube snakes due to this. what to do ?

I want to try out youtube snakes while it buffers, but my problem is its loading too fast
I even checked my connection and everything is there any way to fix it ?

you forgot ??? useless. but seriously something I do miss due to slow speed, like waiting for that thing to load and after loading enjoying it. so techniaclly is there a way to slow down my connection ? BTW manu thats ugly meme,
 
wow thats great, do you use the net limitor too ? so to slow down to you tube speed how much i set the bandwidth to ? 100 Mbps ??

okay the title should be how to and to what speed to limit my connection so as to buffer in youtube and anything else.
 
And how the hell are you getting that much of speed in India? Looks pretty much fake...
