Unable to download torrents in Spectranet Wireless Broadband

under 2.1mbps plan from Spectranet.wireless broadband the avearage download speed received is around 600 kbps only ..these data obtained from bandwidthplace.com....and speedtest.net......are they reliable..

You should get 90% of the claimed speed. Call spectranet people and investigate the problem.

^By which you mean 80%. Up to the ISP node (not any given website on the Internet).
