Reliance in general is pathetic, though they seem to have improved their service lately. Here in Gurgaon, rcom is certainly a no go based on admin's experiences and a few of my friends'. You'd be better off asking people in your sector/colony about how reliance is. Spectranet is very much there in Noida, infact, agantuk, I believe is using it.

Spectranet is mainly in indrapuram i think, i get the wifi login page but they wont give me a connection, maybe because of tikona in vaishali.
