Airtel has started charging 50p/3mins even for complaints on 198

As the title suggest earlier they were charging only for 121 till now.

is it only me who finds no need to call airtel anymore? send a tweet to airtel presence and they call you back?

I agree but sometimes delay in call ranges from few hours to even days
