Amnesty day for IBF banned members

Why not have a amnesty for all members who were banned?.Since the forum activity is at all time low and this forum is lacking quality posts,i suggest we have a amnesty for all banned ibf members albeit not spammers who have posted less than 10 posts and were banned.I miss some old guys.

you should know. i do not block people from posting here on the forum. if i ban an account and the user contacts me back about removing the ban, i would probably remove the ban. i do not keep a personal history of people who i do not want here on the forum. if someone does not want to post on the forum or has issues with my style of 'moderation' i cannot force them to come back and post here.
