From yesterday I'm experiencing slow speed. I'm on Home combo 500 plan, but from yesterday i am having just 110 kbps rather I should have ~2mbps speed. I called exchange and an officer (don't know he was J.E OR SDE) and what that dumb man did is only changing the DNS address from google dns to bsnl dns. And said your computer might be affected with virus even I am using original antivirus :O . Right now I'm not able to check snr values but yesterday I checked and for Downstream snr was about 6.4 dB and attenuation was about 15. Even they didn't check line properly. What should I do ?

your signal 6.4db is too lowdon't depend on bsnl to come home check wiresrewire or install new wire yourself. its not hardi had remove new analog wire (wire with fat grey thing in the middle) given to me by bsnl. too much snr fluctuation13-20db snr is considered good & att. lower the better
