Suggest a Windows Phone smartphone in the range of Rs.10-15k

hmm. considering you already have an android tablet, i guess it might not be a bad idea to get the 510 provided you plan to use it as a glorified feature phone 😛

for cheapo android devices, karbonn for example has a pretty decent phone for less than 5K. https://broadband.forum/google-android/84026-karbonn-a5.html of course it is hard to find out the catches as they tend to hide the exact technical specification.
