ISP for Starcraft 2

Hey guys, I am going to buy Starcraft 2 but it won't do any good if I can't play Multiplayer with good connection. Do anyone know any ISP who can provide me good latency to play in eu, na and sea servers. Since the game is not popular in India I will only be playing with people outside country.
 
I guess Reliance provides best ping to EU servers. As far as I've heard. With Airtel I get 200-250ms to EU servers. Go for a Fiber connection if its available in your area. That would definitely provide the best pings.
