BSNL Pune Stopped sending Land Line Bills??? WHY?

Bsnl stopped sending land line bills & giving duplicate bills??? WHY?How can i know whether i am paying right bills or not? (don't want to get taken advantage of)i don't want to Pay Bills by saying phone No. at Counters. its too unsafe!

Ok i created account at http://portal.bsnl.in

i tried all "Manage PhoneAccounts | View / Pay Outstanding Bills | View Payment Transactions"

why the hell am i getting "Invalid Phone-number and Account-number combination!" error?
i am pretty sure i entered everything right!

Consumer No. on my Landline Bill is Account No. right?

post a proper step by step tutorial please.

i simply want to View this month's & last month's Landline Bill online.

Nope, it's not.You can find Account No. just below the Consumer No. in the landline bill.

you mean Bill No. or exchange ? same issue 🙁
there is nothing saying Account No. on my Land Line Bill.

BSNL has changed some software this month. So they were late for sending bills. I received my bill some days back. The new bill shows your Account number which can be used to access protal.
