Issues with the selfcare portal

I'm literally fed up of airtel's dth service. For months, the portal has been slow/unresponsive and if it ever works ( slowly, mind you), all I get is this :



I've tried using different ISPs, but to no avail. Is it working alright for you guys ?
 
I use customers care.....
 
The cc told me to use portal or sms service, and both dont work. How do you do go about changing channels ?
