Does MTNL offers any concession on broadband bill like BSNL for got employee/ psu employes. also can ayone tell the diff between TriB combo UL data-999 vs TriB UL data-999 .
 
They do offer concessions to mtnl/bsnl and central government employees. Also, a combo plan has some free calls bundled with it.
