speed problem!!!

I have BSNL HOME UL850 plan and my downloading speed is 41kBps which is extremely low.PLz solve the problem.

2 Mbps upto 8 GB, 512 Kbps beyond 8 GBso i thnk your 8GB is over and you are getting 512kbps.. so you should get 512/8 = 64kBps download speed... and you are getting 41kBps mean you are getting 23kBps approx less.. call customer care for support . i thnk your line has problem..

Try a download from Microsoft and check. That will give an exact idea.
