Surrendered ADSL Modem and a huge Facepalm

I surrendered my ADSL modem supplied by MTNL yesterday. I use my own modem. Today I have no internet at home. There is no ADSL light and line stats show that upstream and downstream is 0.I tried to log in to register.mtnl.net.in and the website cannot find my username which is my telephone no.Haha funny

Yup confirmed with CC. They closed down my connection. Need to put my flame suit on and head towards MTNL Prabhadevi

Had to go to Prabhadevi and managed to get it working in 15 min. 😀Idiots created "Connection Surrender" work order instead of "Modem Surrender". Bunch of incompetent fools there.
