Cant connect through Router

OS: Windows HP
Router: TP-Link WR1043ND
ISP: Weblink, Ghatkopar

I bought the router in January this year, and it was working fine for 2 months, until last week, when it was unable to connect to fivenet.
I did a hard reset, cloned MAC address, input ID & PW.

In the service name column, when I insert "5netweblink", I get the error as "bad username or password", (Log attached below the image)

When I use "Fivenet" as the service name, I get the error "Timeout waiting for PADO packets"

While connecting through LAN, my settings for service name is "5netweblink", and it seems to be working fine.

The Weblink guy says that the problem is with my router. Haven't contacted TP Link support yet.

Any solutions?

You dont need to put anything in service name, leave it blank and clone the mac address of your pc by clicking clone mac address on the left menu below LAN.

I called up Fivenet and asked them to reset my settings over there. Then attempted a connection through the router, and it worked.However, when I insert the LAN wire into my laptop directly, it again gives an error that Username/Password is incorrect.My question is, if my MAC ID is same on the router and my laptop, why am I am getting an error, if I connect through the other thing, that too a Username/Password error?
