Tikona forget password option is not working help !

hey. i enable the security question feature and put a question with answer so that if i forgotten my password it help me but when i go to tikona login page no option appears that say forgot password ?if this is not the function of that enabling the security ques then what it does ?

Better call CC and request to reset password.

thanks for reply .. !! and i just want to know what it actually does.




and i do not forgot my password . i Thought if get forgot then this feature may help but it doesn't do anything so i can not be reliable on this feature
