TRAI makes list of SMS Blackout days in 2012 public

Last year, when the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India made their rule of limiting the number of SMSes being sent each day to 100 per day/SIM, first; and then, to 200; it did make an exception for certain 'Blackout days', wherein the 200 SMS cap would be off and users will be charged the original base tariffs. Now, TRAI have made the list of such Blackout days in 2012, public. The list includes details like the name of the circle: Mumbai, Maharashtra, Karnataka, et al; the service provider: Bharti Airtel, Vodafone, Idea Cellular, among others. Additionally, the list also specifies the services, which will be affected by the new rule - SMS, Voice, GSM services
