what internet connection should i get??

okay so i live in mumbaiyari road / versowapast 1 year iv been using airtel unlimited 512kbps for which i paid 6k.after paying i realised they cut the speed after 5gb of download. so basically i got conned.the only good thing about airtel was that i didnt have any problems with disconnection.please suggest something good.my downloads every month would be atleast 20-25gbif possible id like to have a few dc++ hubs tooand i dont want to pay more than 6-6.5k for a yearalso the net connection should be good.
 
Have a look at what mtnl offers and also checkup with your lco ?
