Modem not switching off trick not working ??

Connection stats were good. Downloads were going on smoothly. But, the instant I crossed 6GB FUP mark, my connection was disconnected and reconnected automatically by modem and I was switch to post FUP speed.I use Network monitor to monitor my network data in windows. So, I am sure this happened exactly near 5.9GB. Is this a weird coincidence or BSNL strictly monitoring FUP now and has come up with solution to Modem not switching off hack..??
 
I am on uld 900 plan.i crossed my 8gb limit today and was able to download 10gb more with 4 mbps speed in 10 hours but after 10 hours my modem too suddenly disconnected(which it is supposed to be after 20 hours). maybe they are working on how to resolve the bug on their system which is not good for us!MOREOVER BSNL IS UNPREDICTABLE NO ONE NEVER KNOWS WHAT ITS GONNA DO NEXT!!!
