DTH Portability - Any hope?

Can we expect DTH portability this year?

Actually there are problem with Dish TV cam too.No full portability by Dish TV too. They just offer 60 DD FTA + 16 Pay channels only which has no sense. They doesnt offer freedom like a general Dish TV subscriber.Other thing is DTH BIS STB also bound consumer in contact where they mention that their STB not support CAM then the box is useless. I read it on D2H product & they make free themselves from their duty.
