Help Download Speed 7kbps In Ul900

i have UL900 from last too months for my studies coz most of the classes are online.It use to workfine till last week . Now i con't connect to the voice server coz my speed is too slow , i checked the speed in flashget it showed only 6.5 to 7 kbps in which i use to get 27 to 30 kbps.. Plz can any one help me i have test in 4 days..

first, the obvious - check your computer for spyware and viruses using updated definitions. something might be installed without ur knowledge and stealing ur bandwidth.. next, post ur line stats such as snr ratio and attenuation, it might be a line problem too

🙁 i have a reliance connection but it still shows me the speed of 15kbps download its maximum speed.My phone line does not have disturbing noice its clear so its not the phone..

^ as Bhinder said , you have to check your computerfor any spyware / viruses / Trozans . if your system isclean then give a written complaint to Local Exchange .
