actually it reaches singapore in 80ms and in the next hop jumps to 300ms. some routing issue in singtel network @ singapore

i hate the fact that bsnl and mtnl provide better pings as compared to airtel . looks like mtnl is the only choice left for me if i can get it .anyone of you living in a rented flat have mtnl? if yes , was it easy to get a connection ? what documents were required ?
