Can i use bsnl 2g internet without roaming in other states?

Hai, I'm fazil from AndhraPradesh. I recently bought a MMX351G data card and using it with bsnl 2g sim by recharge of RC98. The speed is very decent. But my doubt is, can i only use this internet in andhra without roaming charges? Can't i use it in other states also without roaming charges? pls help me out with this guys, this is very imprtnt for me. Waiting for some helpful info from u guys..........
