Slow International Speeds

Hi! I am a new Fivenet user from Bhiwandi. Just got Fivenet activated on 8th Jan. International Speeds were fine till Thursday but since Friday, I cant even stream SD videos from IGN.com or Gametrailers website.
My speeds (I am on "Upto" 10Mbps plan) :

Most of the well known sites have their servers in US, they dont have local servers in India.
Is anyone else in Mumbai facing slow International speeds on Fivenet ? Or is it a local ISP problem ? :sour:
