Vodafone crediting 0 MB on data pack recharges

I tried recharging my no. through online 24 Rs. recharge and got 0 MB and validity till January 1, 1970. Again tried for *444*5#, same thing.Vodafone CC told me not to expect any credit, thereby waisting my Rs. 28, and that this is a bug in their system.Anyone else experienced it?

I had similar issue with GPRS recharge and vodafone CC gave me back the lost money and faultily deducted GPRS (about 4000MB it was) within 2 days after registering complaint.. aren't they willing to do the same for you?
