I had recently changed from home 125 plan to 499(unlimited plan).
And bsnl charged me 499 Security Deposit. Now, I shifted to 299 combo plan(no security deposit for this plan).
When I called up customer care regarding refund of security deposit(499) they say it will be given back
when I discontinue broadband. And I have NO plan to do so........
When is Security Deposit for BB plan refunded ? IS there Any way I can get 499 back ??
Step 1 :
For accounting matters better talk to A.O (T.R) .
Give an application addressed to A.O (TR)stating the details to CC and
Get an acknowledgement in your copy. Note the reference number if given.
Usually it will be adjusted as credit from your next month's bill.
Step 2 :
Also check in your sef care portal menu item to make a complaint
give same details.
Step 3 :
If not actioned/adjusted in Dec 2011 and Jan 2012 bill/s
send an ONLINE complaint to:
