Has airtel stopeed throttlin p2p traffic?

In my case after the TRAI complaint to advisor bb airtel has stopped it.he told me trai has checked it again and they are denying.looks like airtel didnt wanted to be caught and stopped it.So are your speeds being throttled?
 
Most definitely yes.Still throttled.
 
knowing airtel, they can selectively remove the throttling for some customers.
 
maybe first you would like to explain to me what stopeed means. also. stop asking me personal questions on email.
 
I don't know if it is stopped or not but I have been bypassing this for a long time now.
