The Telecom Ministry may issue demand notices of Rs 55.67 lakh to RCom and Bharti Airtel for violating the licence agreement by registering new subscribers without proper verification in the Delhi service area.

55Lakh isn't a big money for them. They can easily recover it by Reducing the talktime on Top-Ups

Yeah now they'll increase the call rates to earn back that money and the customers would be at loss.

Thats it. Its called eyewash :D

Violating norms won't help the reputation of the company. It'll come in forums, social networking sites and everywhere else. Makes no sense.

majority of mobile consumers in india do not visit forums or social networks. they are more worried about where their next meal would come from.
