Reliance net connect
Dear Friends,I recently purchased a new laptop with Windows premium home edition.Initially I could connect using Reliance net connect but suddenly I am unable to connect.Every time I click on 'connect' it give an error ' The modem is already in use or problem in setting'I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software at least 7-8 times, but still no luck.Mails on Reliance customer service do not get answered. Any help highly appreciated.Thanks and Regards,Vinayak Toal
 
have you restarted the computer yet ?Make sure you are logged in as a Administrator while installing the device.Try to use another USB Port
