Guys can anyone tell me what one need to do for getting UPS backup for beam internet?? I raised 3 requests till now all of them were closed by beam without doing any work

^^Sometimes they don't have spare batteries. Keep raising tickets. Tell them to escalate to your area supervisor. This worked for me. Also, post it on their facebook page.

The battery backup issue is pretty common and not attended to. My battery used to last 45 minutes and after repeated complaints they changed it after a week. It works fine now.

I don't know whether the Battery Backup works or not. My Ups is not Working, Battery has gone bad.

Supposedly the battery backup provided by beam to the cp box needs to work for 4 hours.
