How come some users don't get FUP-ed ?

I have atleast 3 friends of mine who eventually end up using 80GB-100GB each month and their speeds don't drop. I just went passed my month's limit a few minutes ago andi've been FUP-ed instantly. Anybody knows whats with this ?On a side-note, this forum doesn't have PM facility ?
 
you have to cross 20posts in order to Pm.
 
Thanks audioslave.bobbyguitarist, how did you get all that info ? Is there any place where I can access my account info similarly ?
 
Actually beam provides web access through a local cablewallah( shiv shakthi enterprises) in my area

I login to beam using the 24hour online client . .not through regular beam portal
 
But my friends login thru the Beam Portal page and still don't get FUP-ed. So obviously its not the login page.Btw I can access that 24 hours online client ? Or its only for users in your locality ?
