Cost of DDR2 RAM

Hi,How should I be paying for a 1/2 GB DDR2 RAM as I have an old motherboard which supports only DDR2 RAM. Thanks

0.5GB of DDR2 RAM is very rare. I have never heard of one!! You might get 1GB though for a price of Rs.750-900 for transcend.
