For EVDO to perform better, it needs 3x signal. Has any1 come across official list of 1x / 3x towers availability in Bangalore or any other cities? basically, i am looking for map/area-wise report on 3x tower availability for EVDO connection.

The chap says that the map has been created with information provided by bsnl officials.

u can contact technical department
new telecom building basaveaswara cicle bangalore.
i do have evdo and 3g enginners number.(r.t nagar)north side.

dunno i can post those numbers here.
contact customer service center and ask for intelligence network(IN) department number.
thay will give u r area engineers number.
 
but does these towers are meant for both 1x or 3x? how to identify whether these towers have upgraded to serve you 3x range of speed?
