BEWARE: Airtel Broadband shifting not available in major cities like chennai

Airtel is currently facing few technical issues in broadband shiftingAirtel office has officially sent an email (Please find email below) regarding our request for shifting airtel broadband inside chennai wont happen due to technical reasons.Dear Customer,Ref:Your reference number 6287902, regarding the shifting of your airtel number 04442070562.Thank you for contacting airtel and opportunity to assist you.We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for shifting the connection due to some technical constraint in the area - there is no feasibility in your new address location.We hope that we have been able to assist you suitably. Please do write in for any further assistance. warm regards,Shreya.P.Scustomer care executivebharti airtel limited.We got this response after 35 days from our request for shifting

Wasn't this obvious. Shifting would work only if they have an existing network where you are shifting. They arent going to lay a network only because you are shifting in that area.

Our new shifting address building already has an airtel connection box & there is no need to lay any new network

Airtel gave assurance (PF below mail) that it will shift the connection to new address
But shifting doesnt happen

oh. call CC and confirm whether you have network at your new address or not. If CC says there's network at your new place , blast off a mail to cC again
