Hello Guys

My Spet Month Plan was BB FN 600....i didn't pay it yet and now it is showing 1200rs (approx)
can anyone help me on that


October month have unlimited plan
thanks please guys help me on that

Which is your self care portal?
Does it record day usage and NU ( 0800AM to 0200AM ) separately ?


What was the amount you actually paid in TELEPHONE Bill of Sept 2011 ?
Did it show BB usage approx 50 to 60 GB as chargeable ?

Usage portals of Bsnl have different layouts for Usage.
You can post your day to day Usage for say 2 days. of Sept 2011
You have said this screen shot is from the selfcare portal
Does it contain any Note regarding this amount >?
If Last column for FREE NU shows 0 KB no confusion.
If it lists the Download in KB and amount calculated on that basis
you could get high amounts as reported by you.

FINALLY BSNL does all sorts of calculations and gives a BILL to you.
and if you are satisfied with the amount to be paid , matter ends there.

Next time post your Telephone BILL masking you personal details.
if still in doubt.

my self care
and i just export all data count ....and then calculate everything and total data use is like 2.0x GB so i am always sure my data count never cross 2.5GB

i am just confuse about how can self-care portal showing double bill

Your response is disappointing.
So far any other user with selfcare.ndc has not made a complaint of this nature.
Nobody pays his telephone BILL based on sefcare portal entries !!

Users cannot access selfcare portals other than for particular region.
mine is data.bsnl.in
You can PM your ID and PW to check what is different in your portal.
What I had posted is from ndc region with ID/PW provided by one user.
( now I cannot access it as advised user has changed the password.

Again , it appears you are not complaining about over billing for ANY month.
as shown in your TELEPHONE Bills.
for your BB usage. Confirm.
