Port scanning from 121.242.190.211 and 121.242.190.181

People.. I get this nasty port scanning done 20 times for each hour... When i tried tracking this IP... It showed up as Tata & co. what the heck is this going on ??Can any one suggest what to do ?? n what is this thing ??And the net speed just dipping down n down ?? to post this thread took 1hr... Irritating n Annoying !!!!! Pl help me out !!Appreciate for quick and prompt response 🙂
