MTNL speed getting less tha 2kb per sec

Location: MTNL MumbaiPlan: DSL 749 ULIm getting such low speed on website out of INDIA.Its showing me speed test of 70-80kb per sec on speedtest.net on Mumbai server.But if i try to visit facebook, youtube or battlefield.com i get download speed of 1 to 2kb per sec.Please help. I tried Google dns still im having same problem with foreign websites.

Im facing this problem since 2days. Rebooted modem many times now...

I FIXED THIS ISSUE.

It was due to MTNL DNS, I logged into MODEM HOME PAGE http://192.168.1.1
& set the DNS to automatic. 🙂
