Need suggestion in choosing fixed line UNLIMITED BROADBAND ?

i'am in Delhi City.i dont want to spend more than 500-800/month. Speed is not that important unless more than 128Kbps.i saw an relience papmlet say 549/m @ 500Kbps, 699/m 800 kbps (which looks good to me)Are their any other plans like than in Airtel ??
 
Mtnl has 512 kbps for rs. 599. Mtnl and reliance have 1 mbps for 999 a month. Does reliance have wired network in your area ?All airtel unlimited plans have fup.
 
confirm from Reliance CC, that you can use a laptop in wifi mode. ( Reliance BB connection ) ( presume you have a laptop or smartphone/celllphone ))or ASK them to set it .
